![]() A 1993 graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, Heflin earned his Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Jay Heflin is vice president for administration of Legacy Termite & Pest Control, Inc., in Little Rock. His commitment to community service has led to other awards, including state, regional, National Rehabilitation Meritorious Service Awards and the Governor’s Commission Service Award. Rick Fleetwood, former CEO/CFO of Little Rock-based Snell Prosthetic & Orthotic Laboratory, currently serves on the boards of Easterseals Arkansas, United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas, CARTI and the UAMS Winthrop P. He has been nationally recognized for his innovative membership development and retention program that earned the Arkansas Chapter the coveted Cashman Award for membership. He served as President of the Arkansas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, has served three years on the National Board and serves on two national association committees. He is one of the four original Certified Estimators in the State of Arkansas. He has been a Director at Baldwin & Shell Construction Company since 2009. He served as a Project Manager at Baldwin & Shell Construction Company since 1978 and its Vice President since 1983. He served as an Executive Vice President at Baldwin & Shell Construction Company from 1993 to 2012 and joined the Baldwin & Shell Construction company in 1977 after attending the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Fayetteville where he studied Architecture and Business. Scott Copas has been Chief Executive Officer and President at Baldwin & Shell Construction Company since January 2014. Together, they have four children, Hannah, Brynne, Alex and Catherine. He is married to Meredith Johnson, also a U of A alumnus. Chris received his BSBA degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1993. From 2012-2015 he served as Vice President of Real Estate for Dillard's, Inc. and currently is the Principal Financial Officer for Dillards, Inc. He lives in Little Rock with his wife, Mallory, along with two rescue dogs, Thatcher and Major and a cat named Goose. Joey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an M.B.A. In addition, Joey is a member of The Hat Club of Little Rock which is a socially responsible non-profit organization that offers access to unique community service and charity events. In addition to serving on the EasterSeals Board, Joey is chairman of the EasterSeals Advocacy Committee as well as a former President of the Easter Seals Guardians Board. Prior to joining BKD, Joey worked as the Director of Development for the National Kidney Foundation of Arkansas and as the Director of Special Events for Easterseals Arkansas. Joey Lambert is the Recruiting, and Marketing Manager for BKD in Arkansas. Prior to joining Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield in 2014, Wendy held leadership roles in both the managed care and home care industries. In 2001, she was awarded a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Wendy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy and earned a hospital pharmacy certificate of residency from the VA Medical Center in Little Rock. ![]() George has also served on Christ Episcopal Church Finance and Vestry Committee in 2014-2015.Īs Vice President of Pharmacy and Primary Care for Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Wendy See has leadership responsibility for operational and strategic componets of pharmacy management as well as provider partnership inititatives for the primary care segment of the delivery system.
